Limited Company
To run a business in Thailand, foreigner can do such a thing on behalf of a limited company that organize by Thai law. To start the registration for your own limited company is starting with a) the purpose to run the business by a minimum of seven (7) shareholders, concerned documents and the application to completed.

Once, the registration is finished, then after, such the foreigner can be a director of the Company with full authority. However by Thai law, there is no allow foreigner having shares (in the limited company) more than 49%

Required Documents

          1.   4 copies of passport of each shareholder
          2.   Head office address
          3.   Company rubber stamp
          4.   3 nominate names for company registration

Commercial License
There are various kind of business that expected by Thai law to require a Commercial License i.e. hotel, restaurant, bar, entertainment activities etc.
To obtain a Commercial License, the vendor needs to complete the application with guarantee present such as, the Letter of Guarantee (from bank) according to Commercial Department's regulations.

Non-Immigrant Visa
This type of visa is gainfully visa for non-resident person in Thailand. Person who holds non-immigrant visa can stay in the country or leave and entry duration time limit that issued in the visa, can own vehicle, can apply for a work permit, driving license & extend stay in the country etc.
To apply for Non-Immigrant Visa, there is need to complete the an application form, given reason of wanting to stay in the country, a validity of passport with two (2) photos (2 inches). However the Consular Officer shall has rights to deny the application if it not fully complete, depending upon to the case.

Driving License
To apply a Driving License, you should hold Non-Immigrant visa together with Medical Certificate for the application. After undergone the exam and drive test, (at Transportation Division) then you can get a one-year Driving License.

Work Permit
To require a work permit, you should obtain Non-Immigrant Visa Class B (purpose to doing a business in country), in addition, to apply for a work permit and extend to stay in Thailand.
In accordance to the Labor Department regulations, the employer must proceed your application, completely fill out the application i.e. declare reason wanting to work, attach employer's company profile otherwise, the Labor Department may deny.
