The
compay is being supported by BOI toproduce motocycle
alloy wheels and parts. We produce various sizes of
alloy wheels. The quality is ofOEM level. We use high
quality raw material and alsocontrol the quality of
aluminium liquid. All the products have tobe checked by
using the spectrometer which shows the mixture of ores.
If the ores do not meet the standard, they can be mixed
to reach the set formular. Then the wheels have to go
through heat treatment process which is divided into
Solution treatment and Tempering treatment. After this
process, the wheels have to be lathed by CNC machine the
painted. The QC department will ranomly take some of the
wheels to check whether they reach the standard before
packing and sending to our customers.
